PT Assistant/Elderly Care (Closed)

Position: Part Time Assistant/Elderly Care
Location: Thousand Oaks & Venice, Los Angeles
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday, About 5 hours/day (Flex), 25-25 hours/week

Our clients are in need of a rockstar assistant to help care for their elderly father who is living with Dementia. Monday’s will be spent assisting his adult daughter, while the remainder of the week will involve various medical admin duties a lot of which can be done remote, driving their father to occasional appointments and lunch outings, organizing and sorting his mail, managing bills, admin duties, and providing companionship. He is really fun and easy going, so they’d really like an assistant who has a good temperament, is trustworthy and reliable, and also understands the sensitivity of working with a client living with Dementia. His adult children are also really involved and supportive and just want a reliable assistant to help take off some of the work load involving their father, as they are all very busy with their entrepreneurial careers and need someone who is truly dependable. Client will compensate for travel time, and gas, and offers performance bonuses. The family is also open to the position growing into something more longterm in the future. This is a very supportive family, in need of long term support.
