childcare

A nanny's primary responsibility is providing a safe and nurturing environment for your little ones to learn and play. Often your nanny's responsibilities might include meal prep, children's laundry, tidying up after them , homework help, sports and exercise, story time, birthday party help, play dates, driving to and from school or activities, etc. You can depend on our nannies to have a willingness to help with all things childcare. 

COMPENSATION: A full-time live- in nanny earns $3000-$4000 per month. Live-Out nannies earn $25-$45 an hour depending on number of children and experience level. 

 

newborn care specialist

A newborn care specialist provides care for newborns and infants typically overnight so that new parents can recover. Our NCS's help first time parents transition during the first few weeks and months during the post delivery period assisting with anything from feeding, changing, bottle sterilization, lactation support, and helping implement healthy sleep habits. Whether you need someone to help educate and support you during your infants first months so you can get much needed rest or need help with sleep training, our NCS's are well experienced in documenting and formulating schedules that can help transition your family's newest addition.

COMPENSATION: NCS's make $35-55 an hour for a single baby, and can make up to $50-65+ for twins. 


family assistant

A family assistant helps with childcare and supports the family too. Responsibilities can include all nanny duties in addition to managing and maintaining the household with anything from light housekeeping, managing the family calendar, assisting with travel plans, planning activities and playdates, grocery shopping, and household errands. 

COMPENSATION: A full-time family assistant will earn from $27-$40 an hour.

 

personal/Executive assistant

Assistants help with all aspects of keeping their employer's life organized. Whether it be running errands, buying gifts, managing calendars, organizing the home, paying bills, booking travel, or helping with event planning there is no task too big or too small for this person. Whatever skills you are looking for in your assistant, be it strong writing, organizing, or financial management, our assistants come ready with the professional experience to help accomplish your tasks. 

COMPENSATION: Personal assistant's can make anywhere from $27-$55 per hour and typically will earn $75,000-$100,000+ per year. 

 

elderly care

Our nursing assistants and companions are available to work 24/7.  Duties include helping with all aspects of daily living, ranging from driving to and from appointments, errands, cooking, hygiene, bathing and dressing, calendaring, medicine reminders, and light housekeeping.  

COMPENSATION: Companions can make anywhere from $30-$45 per hour. 

 

 

estate manager

An estate manager is a senior level domestic professional responsible for overseeing all aspects of managing your home or estate, often managing multiple properties. Our candidates are independent self starters whom have impeccable judgment and experience in managing all aspects of your home from hiring and managing staff, to managing household calendars, to social functions, travel planning,  and supervising renovations. Estate managers make sure you never have to worry about changing a lightbulb, your home is always well stocked, adorned with flowers, and running smoothly. 

COMPENSATION: Full-time estate managers earn between $90,000-$300,000 per year. 


chef

Private chefs work with their employers to plan meals that accommodate their special dietary wants and needs. From meal planning and presentation, to grocery shopping and serving meals, our chefs are well equipped to keep your kitchen organized and prepare meals for you, your family, and special events or functions. 

COMPENSATION: Full-time chefs earn anywhere from $35-$55 an hour, plus the cost of food.


butler

A butler's responsibilities often include assisting with entertaining, serving drinks and meals, setting the table, helping with household maintenance and security, receiving and greeting guests, valet duties, light cooking, making travel arrangements, creating budgets, managing provisions, as well as various personal services. A butler is often in charge of the wine cellar and liquors and should have extensive knowledge of wines as well. 

COMPENSATION: A full-time butler can earn $75,000-$100,00 per year. 

 

Housekeeper

A housekeepers duties include everything to clean and upkeep the home. Tasks include cleaning of rooms and public areas including kitchen and baths, polishing of silver, laundering and ironing of clothes, vacuuming and mopping floors, sweeping terraces, washing windows, etc. Additional duties might include occasional back up babysitting or pet-care, sewing clothes, and stocking household supplies. 

COMPENSATION: Housekeepers can make $30-$50 an hour, with an 8 hour minimum.
