Hi, I’m Mari. I created Ivy Lane to be the leading domestic staffing agency amongst Los Angeles and San Francisco’s most exclusive clients. In addition to being an estate manager for UHNW clients, I have been placing domestic staff for over 10 years and have been a childcare professional for over 15 years. Throughout my career I’ve always taken great joy in helping families find more time to spend with each other by introducing and connecting families with their perfect match whether it be a personal assistant, nanny, chef, housekeeper or executive assistant. 

I understand the challenges of finding a truly ideal match, and when it comes to hiring, nobody should have to settle. That is why my vision for Ivy Lane is to build the highest quality network of clients and domestic staff. This may sound simple, but without strong fundamentals none of our other offerings would even matter. Chelsea is a Michigander, with an incredible eye for detail, and a lot of motivation. She is meticulous in procedures, and great at interpersonal and communication skills.
