PT Hybrid/Remote Personal Assistant (CLOSED)

Position: PT Hybrid/Remote Personal Assistant
Location:Bel Air, CA
Pay: $30-$35/hour
Schedule: 20 Hours Guaranteed/week

Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a personal assistant/house manager to step in as a right hand for our client. This is a hybrid position which will be remote as much as possible. Her husband is living with a medical condition that requires 24/7 support, so PA will be responsible for managing schedules & time off for the caregivers, making sure there is always coverage. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing schedules for caregivers, check in with doctors, managing contractors & projects, caring for pets when the family travels (5 cats), purchasing and placing orders, calendaring, handling vendors, etc. PA will be mostly remote, and will only need to be onsite on an as needed basis to manage household needs and projects. To be successful in this role, PA should understand how to read a room, be a motivated self-starter, confidently be able to handle contractors, speak/present professionally on behalf of the principal, have great organizational skills, and like cats. :) Principal is on the board of an animal rescue, and would appreciate a candidate who might also have a love for animals. This is a great job for anyone in need of extra hours or someone who is looking for a part time to possibly full time position.
