Position: Toddler Nanny
Location: Pasadena, CA
Pay: $30-$35/hr(DOE); Paid holidays/PTO/Paid Sick Leave
Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Occasionally one weekend day/night with advanced notice

Our sweetest clients are in search of a nurturing and compassionate nanny for their 3 year old toddler son. Dad is a busy chef and mom is a stay at home. The family also just welcomed a newborn baby boy, so nanny should be comfortable working alongside a baby nurse, as well as nurturing and fostering healthy sibling dynamics. They would love a nanny who can focus on child development, encouraging play based learning, positive redirection, & better communication with their little one. The nanny should also be flexible to eventually work with both kids once their baby nurse finishes her job with them, which will be late September. This is a tender loving home, with an emphasis on warmth, however parents understand healthy boundaries are necessary, and would work as a team to help raise an emotionally intelligent child with love and kindness as core values. Though priority is childcare, play, and activity learning; they’d appreciate a nanny with a pitch in attitude who is willing to help with light upkeep once their toddler starts school, switching gears to family assistance and just being an extra set of hands. BONUS, if nanny has a strong background in child psychology, child education, or is bi-lingual.
