Position: Family/Personal Assistant

Location: Pasadena
Pay: $20-25/hour (Payroll); Sick Days per CA Law
Schedule: Monday through Thursday; 12pm-8pm with flexibility to stay overtime as needed

Family of four (mom, dad, and 2 young boys) are looking for an energetic and versatile family assistant. This role requires heavy meal prep including making breakfast for the family each night to grab and go for the next morning, daily lunch for the children, 2 car snacks for sons, and evening dinner prep and clean up. You will be asked to buy groceries for the week, go to speciality markets, and run errands around town. To succeed in this role you should be sharp and able to keep up with a quick moving family as the days are fast paced and might run overtime. This is a staffed home, which includes a full time nanny, and a weekly housekeeper, however you should be able to help keep things tidy and also pitch in with laundry once a week. Mother would appreciate someone who is organized and knows to coordinate errands specific to your route (I.e. if you know you’ll be running errands on the Westside please check in and see what else needs to be accomplished along that route.) Errands will include and are not limited to grocery shopping, dry-cleaning, prescription pick up, etc.
