Houston ROTA Nanny (CLOSED)

Position: Houston Rota Nanny/Family Assistant
Location: Houston (Open to relocating nanny, though must live in Houston)
Pay: $25/hour;OT after 40 hours, averages between $75k and $90k/year
Schedule: 2 weeks on & 2 weeks off, 70-90 hours/week. 7/8am-8pm

Our clients are in need of a ROTA nanny for their 20 month old baby. Nanny must be Houston based or willing to relocate. Their child is starting school soon and will be attending from 8am-12pm, so they’d love a nanny who will also double up as a family assistant, and pitch in with household tasks while he is in school. Both parents work and are extremely busy, often traveling at a moments notice. Responsibilities include shuttling baby to school & swim classes, finding fun activities & outings, gym classes, organizing, restocking supplies, grocery runs, meal prep, & cooking for the family. Their ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats, whilst understanding that childcare is priority, and assistant duties are secondary. Big plus if nanny is bilingual, and/or experienced in Montessori. Their ideal nanny understands gentle parenting and positive redirection. Option to live in or live out, however overnights are required while parents are traveling. Nanny would have private accommodations in their 5600 sq ft home. Family also has a horse farm in Kentucky that they travel to occasionally.
