PT Baby Nanny for Siblings (CLOSED)

Position: PT Experienced Baby Nanny for Siblings
Location: Thousand Oaks (Newbury Park)
Pay: $25/hour for one child & $30/hour for two,
Schedule: 8:30am -5pm Tuesday & Thursday

Our clients are looking for an experienced, patient, and FUN (big on fun!) nanny to provide care for their sweet 1 year old baby girl & occasionally 4.5 year old daughter. Their eldest is in Pre-K, and primary care is for their baby girl, however the nanny should be comfortable watching both girls if the need arises. Their ideal candidate has infant/toddler experience, is gentle in her approach, extremely patient, and willing to do sensory activities with their baby girl. They’d also appreciate a nanny who is active as the girls love the outdoors, and can also be creative with arts and crafts. Art is a big part of their lives, so the nanny shouldn’t mind getting a bit messy. :) There is no housekeeping required, and the main priority is childcare, with occasional help doing children’s laundry.They’d like their girls to also participate in tidying after play. It is also important that the nanny knows the delicate balance of healthy boundaries with their older daughter, while also being a bit more go with the flow and relaxed with their baby. They practice gentle parenting, no time outs, active listening, and would love a like minded nanny who is calm, patient, and a great communicator. They hope to raise kind & loving girls who are mindful of each other and others feelings. Safety is also a top priority in this household, and it’s important that the nanny is confident and has the quick wit to know how to respond if any safety issues arise. This is a kind and loving household, where communication is highly valued and respected, and the nanny would be treated as an extension of the family.
